When I told James we were going to see some pigs, all he said was, "Mom, that is disgusting!" Danae, a wonderful friend of mine who works with me at Evergreen 6, has two pics who belong to her son, Merill, who is in 4-H. These 3-month old pigs will be sold at the fair in May.
Charli was a little more excited than James to go see the pigs, he really does not like things that are dirty. Owen was so amazed by the pigs an wasn't afraid of them at all. James really didn't want anything to do with them, but he enjoyed running around on the hills near the pigpen. 
Owen just loved the pigs and could not get enough of them. He screamed when it was time to go, he didn't want to leave his stinky new friends!
Oops.... I guess James was right, these pigs are disgusting!!! The kids were fascinated when one of them pooped- so stinky!!!
James was so grossed out by the pig-poo he couldn't contain himself! He & Charli were both putting their shirts over their noses, such dramatic 3-year-olds!!!
